What you get

  • Spend by service and by month, with the largest savings and an estimated dollar amount for each
  • Idle, oversized and forgotten resources: instances, volumes, snapshots, IPs, old load balancers
  • Security findings: public buckets, open ports, old access keys, root and MFA, logging and alerting, backups
  • A short fix list in priority order, written for the person who will do the work
  • A walkthrough call to go over the report and answer questions

How it works

  • Pay the link or send a note. I reply with a read-only IAM role template you create in a few minutes.
  • I review the account with read-only access. Nothing in your account changes.
  • You get the written report, usually within a week, and we book the walkthrough.
  • If you want the fixes made, I quote them as a fixed price or use Retainer hours.

Keep it current
