The last thing you want is a chatbot asking you to restart Apache. Able Rescue is two hours of me on your host — Linux, Windows, AWS, Kubernetes, mail, VoIP, app stacks. US hours. Houston.

I have done this work for years: cPanel/WHM mail, dead Apache, MySQL that will not start, certs that expired on a Friday, boxes that were sending spam, billing systems that were leaking money. If I cannot help in that window I will say so instead of burning the clock.

This is for

  • The site, mail, or app is actually down
  • SSL/TLS is broken (cert, chain, auto-renew)

What happens after you pay

  1. Pay the Stripe link. You get a receipt. That is the start, not a sales call.
  2. Email greg@ableadmins.com with: what is broken, since when, the host, and how I get in (SSH user, panel, VPN, jump host).
  3. I get on the box during US hours and work the incident for up to two hours.
  4. You get a short write-up of what I found and what I changed. If the work needs more than two hours, we talk before I keep going — Rescue does not quietly turn into a blank check.

What I actually do in that window

Stabilize first. Then find the cause. Typical Rescue work: Apache/nginx down, MySQL crashed or locked, disk full, mail queue on fire, Let’s Encrypt/chain mess, a botched deploy, a host that was compromised enough to stop production. I do not invent a war-room process. I work the box.
